Our editorial approach

A presentation should help the audience follow your thinking.

Gralpretzu develops the written structure of business presentations: what each slide needs to say, how the argument unfolds and which details belong in the speaker notes.

Start with the purpose

Before shortening the text, we clarify the presentation’s job. Is the audience being asked to approve a proposal, understand a change, compare options or learn a process? That answer guides the order of the content and the closing request.

Work with the material supplied

Reports, notes and existing decks often contain more detail than a slide can carry. We group related points, make terminology consistent and identify information that needs clarification. Claims remain tied to the source material.

Separate screen text from explanation

Slide copy provides a readable path through the story. Speaker notes carry context, transitions and prompts for discussion. Both are delivered as editable text so your design team can use its own templates and tools.

Shared responsibilities

Content you can review and approve

The editorial document makes the story explicit before it reaches the design stage. You can check the reasoning, facts and presentation purpose in one place.

01

Agree the brief

Define the audience, presentation goal, speaking time and material available.

02

Map the story

Propose a slide sequence and mark any missing evidence or decisions before drafting.

03

Write the content

Prepare slide headlines, supporting copy and speaker notes against the agreed outline.

04

Refine & hand over

Apply the included revision rounds and deliver an editable, numbered text document.
