Purpose of this site

Gralpretzu presents editorial services for business presentations: outlines, slide copy and speaker notes. You can review packages and contact the brand by email or phone. There is no online checkout, payment or automatic project acceptance.

Proposal and acceptance

The listed packages describe reference prices and scope. Before a project is accepted, the proposal confirms the audience, purpose, source material, total price, applicable tax treatment, schedule, revisions and deliverables. Selecting a package or opening an email does not create an order.

Package scope

Focus: CAD 480, up to 6 slides and 900 words in total, 1 consolidated revision round(s), 4 business days. Narrative: CAD 960, up to 12 slides and 1800 words in total, 2 consolidated revision round(s), 7 business days. Extended: CAD 1560, up to 20 slides and 3000 words in total, 2 consolidated revision round(s), 10 business days. Each covers one English-language presentation, one audience and one presentation goal. All include an editable DOCX content document and numbered slide-by-slide outline. The word allowance includes headings, slide copy and speaker notes across the whole document. Prices are before any applicable taxes; the total and tax treatment are confirmed in the proposal.

Source material and approvals

The client supplies the information, approved claims and permissions needed for the presentation. We check wording and consistency against that material and flag unclear or missing details. Independent research, factual verification, legal advice, financial advice and specialist approvals are outside scope. The client approves all facts, figures and permissions before use.

Revisions and timing

A revision round is one consolidated set of comments within the agreed audience, goal and source material. The delivery period includes the first draft, included revision work and final handover. It begins after complete source material and project confirmation. Time awaiting client feedback or approval pauses the schedule. New slides, new material or a change of direction require an agreed scope and schedule adjustment.

Exclusions and deliverables

Packages do not include visual design, slide layout, charts, animations, PowerPoint production, translation, publishing or live presentation coaching. Deliverables are editorial text, not a designed presentation file. The proposal sets the arrangements for the use of the commissioned text.

Illustrative content

The internal pilot scenario and sample slide text are fictional writing examples. They do not represent a client, a completed project or verified business results. The sample preview illustrates content hierarchy rather than a promised slide design service.
