Services & packages

Give the presentation a structure before giving it a layout.

From a short briefing to a longer business presentation, we organize the source material and deliver the text in a slide-by-slide format.

01 / Editorial service

Presentation structure

Give the audience a route through the material, from the opening question to the final decision.

  • Audience and purpose
  • Slide sequence and section headings
  • A clear closing request

The outline connects the opening, sections and close to the agreed purpose. It also identifies where evidence or decisions are needed.

02 / Editorial service

Concise slide copy

Turn paragraphs, notes and documents into readable headlines and supporting points.

  • One main message per slide
  • Consistent wording and terminology
  • Source references and open questions

Headlines and supporting text are written for the intended use: live presentation, discussion or independent reading. Source details that cannot be confirmed are marked for review.

03 / Editorial service

Speaker notes

Keep useful context off the screen while giving the presenter a practical cue for each slide.

  • Talking points linked to slide copy
  • Transitions between sections
  • Details to explain aloud

Notes are writing cues rather than a guaranteed speaking script or timed rehearsal. The final document separates them from the text intended for the screen.

Delivery format

A document your design workflow can use.

Each package includes an editable DOCX content document and a numbered slide-by-slide outline. Headings, on-slide copy, speaker notes and open questions are clearly separated.

What to send us

  • 01Audience, purpose and preferred speaking time.
  • 02Source documents, existing slides and approved claims.
  • 03Brand wording, terminology and any content restrictions.
  • 04One person to consolidate feedback and approve the facts.

One presentation per package

Defined scope. Clear editorial delivery.

All three packages include structure, slide copy and speaker notes in English. The difference is the presentation size, word allowance and revision capacity.

All packages cover one English-language presentation. The word limit includes headings, slide copy and speaker notes across the full document. Timing begins after complete source material and project confirmation. Listed prices are in CAD, before any applicable taxes; the total and tax treatment are confirmed in the proposal. No checkout or payment takes place on this site.

A revision round means one consolidated set of comments within the agreed audience, goal and source material. Design, slide layout, translation, research and independent fact-checking are outside these packages. Additional slides or a new direction require an agreed change of scope.

When the scope needs a separate proposal

A presentation with more slides, multiple audience versions, new research, a full speaking script or a different language needs a separate agreed scope. Design, layout, chart production, animation and PowerPoint file production are not included in the listed editorial packages.

How the schedule works

The published delivery period includes the first draft, included revision work and final handover. It starts after complete source material and project confirmation. Waiting for your feedback or approvals pauses the schedule. A new direction or additional source material may require an agreed change.

Before you present

You approve factual claims, names, figures, permissions and specialist content. We flag uncertainty and check consistency against what you provide; independent verification and legal or financial advice are outside scope.
